Nicole’s (RDN) favorite tips and tricks:

  1. Start with a base of fruit - she loves mango & frozen banana

  2. Sneak in frozen cauliflower for a natural creaminess and boost of fiber

  3. Get in those veggies! Kale offers vitamin K, benefits bone and blood health

  4. Chia Seeds serving as a “super-food” offering fiber, omega- 3 fatty acids, and protein

  5. Add in protein - to avoid the expense of protein powder, try adding tofu (you’d be surprised how little of a difference it makes in taste)

  6. For liquid, coconut water is one of her favorites - it is high in potassium, which replenishes electrolytes

  7. Enjoy your favorite toppings! Berries, granola, coconut flakes, and peanut butter make for a delicious addition.
